MANNA IN THE MORNING

I tell my kids all the time, "If you don't ask, the answer is always NO!" Moral of the story, "Make an ASK of yourself." How much more this is true of our Daddy.

For a long time, I think I thought I could follow God’s commands without actually knowing them. Like I knew them, but I didn't KNOW them to the core. How could I keep a law I didn’t even know?

As for me and my house, I pray people see Jesus in us! The Freedom to choose is what makes me love Jesus all the more!

Why on earth would they think casting lots signified hearing from God? Doesn't it feel more like gambling?

Partial obedience is disobedience — and it robs us of the full blessing God intends.

Am I willing to believe God for the upper and lower springs — the full blessing He has for me? Do I trust He is a good good father that wants to give me good gifts?

When is the last time you did something on your own without leaning on Christ? How did that work?

I often see my relationship with the Lord through the lens of parenting. What may feel like withholding is truly preparation.
