Just in case you wondered, the Lord has your back ALWAYS.

I’m learning to ask the Lord to show me the hard places in my life that aren’t punishment. They’re not evidence that He’s mad at me. They’re just… life in a broken world. Even in those places, maybe especially in those places, He is with me.

I used to think once sin creeps in that's the slippery slope. No I recognize letting my time with the Lord slip here or there is the real beginning.

I would hate to even thing how bad things could get if we didn't have a leader. Im not saying what we have now is even great, but can you imagine there being no rule or order at all?

This is such a familiar story. I heard it so many times. I always saw Delilah as the evil one. She was the reason Sampson fell apart...until she wasn't! This time I saw the truth!

He’s drawing us in—closer, deeper. Like any relationship, it takes time, conversation, curiosity, and presence to truly know someone. Our relationship with the Lord isn’t any different.

Doesn't anyone else come from a dysfunctional family? Maybe I should ask does anyone recognize the complexity of family/sibling dynamics? I know I do.
