MANNA IN THE MORNING

I would hate to even thing how bad things could get if we didn't have a leader. Im not saying what we have now is even great, but can you imagine there being no rule or order at all?

This is such a familiar story. I heard it so many times. I always saw Delilah as the evil one. She was the reason Sampson fell apart...until she wasn't! This time I saw the truth!

He’s drawing us in—closer, deeper. Like any relationship, it takes time, conversation, curiosity, and presence to truly know someone. Our relationship with the Lord isn’t any different.

Doesn't anyone else come from a dysfunctional family? Maybe I should ask does anyone recognize the complexity of family/sibling dynamics? I know I do.

I don’t want to live my life trying to please people or perform for God. That kind of life costs more than I’m willing to pay. Maybe I should say, I've already paid too high a cost.

The Lord is such a beautiful example to follow. His love is hard to fathom. As much as I love my kids—and I really do—I know they are loved even more by their heavenly Father.

Don’t you love how God’s plans rarely (if ever) fit our logic?! The world tells us strength, status, and strategy win battles. The Lord's Kingdom rarely operates on our logic, if at all. He flips that upside down every time.

He is always faithful friend. Yes He is. Every. Single. Time. Period!
