As I read today's Chapter I remembered something I read scrolling Instagram the other day, "Here's what happens in your brain when you remember God's faithfulness". Now today I hear Hannah singing a song of God's faithfulness. What a powerful way to take advantage of the profound benefits celebrating His faithfulness has on our brains.

“My heart is happy in the Lord. I feel very strong in my God. I laugh at my enemies. I am very happy in my victory.”—1 Samuel 2:1 ERV

Hannah turned her story of God’s faithfulness into a song. A songjoyful, personal, and powerful.

What a beautiful way to celebrate what God had done. What a powerful way to strengthen her own faith—pass the faithfulness to the next generation and maybe even heal all their brains in the process. Can you imagine hearing your child one day sing the same song you once sang in worship? They wouldn’t just be remembering the story of God’s faithfulness. They’d be forming their own belief—building neural pathways back to peace, to safety, to truth.

It’s no surprise that science has confirmed what Scripture has taught for generations:

Gratitude is good for us. Remembering is powerful. Faith leaves a lasting imprint—on our hearts, our homes, and our health.
