Don’t you love how God’s plans rarely (if ever) fit our logic?! The world tells us strength, status, and strategy win battles. The Lord's Kingdom rarely operates on our logic, if at all. He flips that upside down every time.
“When Barak attacked with his army, the LORD threw Sisera into confusion together with all his chariots and men. Sisera got down from his chariot and fled on foot.” Judges 4:15 GNT
Sisera rolled in with iron chariots, the ancient-world equivalent of a high-tech military advantage. Israel should have been outmatched, outnumbered, and overpowered. But God didn’t need
chariots. He didn’t need a bigger army. He had already decided the outcome. In a moment, He turned everything around, and the mighty warrior Sisera? He went running for his life. This is just
another reminder that God doesn’t operate by human logic. He uses foolish things to shame the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27). God doesn’t need what the world considers powerful—He just

needs willing hearts. So, if He calls you to something, know that He will bring you through it. It won’t always look the way you expect, but it will always be exactly how He intended.
Prayer: Lord, I don’t want to trust in what looks strong—I want to trust in
You. Your ways are higher, and You never fail. Help me stop
looking at the battle and start looking at the One who’s already
won. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
