As I read chapter 7, I am reminded that the kingdom of God is upside down to how the world sees things and values things. If Im being super honest, which I want to be, I too like to be the one on the receiving end...“And without question, the person who has the power to give a blessing is greater than the one who is blessed.”

Truly, I felt a twinge of conviction as I read this today. I like to be the one getting the blessing, I like to be the one that God is giving a Word to, I like to be the one that’s getting the assurance. However, what a reminder in the kingdom of God, it is better to give than it is to receive.
