“But Jehoshabeath, the king’s daughter, took Joash the infant son of Ahaziah and stole him away from among the king’s sons who were being put to death, and she placed him and his nurse in the bedroom. So Jehoshabeath, the daughter of King Jehoram and wife of Jehoiada the priest, hid Joash from Athaliah so that she did not murder him.” 2 Chronicles 22:11 (AMP)
What a hero. Jehoshabeath risked everything to protect this one tiny life. It makes me wonder how many hidden heroes are around us every day — the ones doing the right thing when nobody’s watching. The ones who show up with integrity and excellence without ever getting a “thank you.”
Last night I ran out to grab food for my son, and it was 15 minutes before closing when I called

the restaurant. The woman who answered the phone was delightful — not irritated, not rushing me off the line, just kind and professional. I was so taken back by her attitude because quite frankly, that’s rare!
Isn't it Interesting how quick we are to “ask for the manager” when things go wrong… but how slow we can be to speak up when someone does it right. This story reminded me that doing good isn’t always loud or recognized — but it matters deeply. I was a beneficiary of someone doing their job and acting as they they liked their job.
Today, I’m on a mission to see people doing things well — and say something. To celebrate the good. To reward the right. The Bible says we reap what we sow, and I’m choosing to sow encouragement, generosity, and joy everywhere I go 🌻.
Maybe that’s where revival begins — not just in churches, but in conversations that say, “Hey, I see you. You’re doing a great job.” 💛
