Ever notice how God loves to use the one no one’s expecting?
“Then she answered them, ‘Thus says the Lord God of Israel…’”2 Chronicles 34:23
She answered them. Wait who's she? Huldah. A woman. A prophet. She was the one Josiah’s men went to when everything needed clarity. Make no mistake, it wasn't like she was all that was

there. Jeremiah was alive. Zephaniah was alive. There were big names around at the time, recognized voices, yet God sent them straight to Huldah. In a time when women weren’t seen at all, there she was — so steady and very faithful.
She didn’t chase influence. She didn’t push for a platform. She simply lived ready.
Her voice carried weight because her walk carried weight.
This was a reminder I needed today: God doesn’t measure influence the way people do. He calls, He equips, He speaks through the faithful… even when the faithful don’t look like the obvious choice. My “doing to be” tendencies needed to be reminded of this in a big way.
