1 Chronicles 4-7: Consistency & Community

This season has been full—moving, injuries, and a sick pup on top of the kids heading back to school.
I’ve felt scattered and stretched thin.
The Kids and I are reading the Bible together on the ride into school with one another. Chronicles can be a bit challenging for new readers. I decided to order the companion journal of Manna in the Morning Daily Devotional. What a gift it’s been. I love learning from others while the Lord is teaching me too, and this has helped me stay consistent and find meaning in the Word even on the busiest days.
If you’re looking to get your own copy, you can find it on Amazon—and every purchase supports The Well Encounter, our 501(c)(3):

This morning as I read, my prayer was simple:
Lord, open my heart and still my mind. Allow me to hear from You today, learn about You, and be comforted by Your love.
I’ve missed sharing thoughts in our online community and connecting those following Manna In The Morning, but remember consistency doesn’t have to look perfect. When we stay in the Word, the Word IS getting in us. It’s about showing up, leaning on prayer, and even borrowing strength from others who are also in the Word.
The beauty is, no matter how long we’ve been reading the Bible—or how brand new we are to it

—staying steady comes down to prayer and connection. What a gift that we don’t have to do it alone. From the blog, to the devotional series, to our community reading one chapter a day together, so many tools are here to help us walk this out side by side.
