Plugged in

John 15

Reflecting on John 15:4-5, I can't help but feel its truth echoing in my life.

Amidst the chaos, I find an unexpected calm—no anxiety, no fear. It's as if I've tapped into an infinite source of strength and guidance.

Each day, I immerse myself in prayer and scripture, allowing myself to be led. Recently, a simple analogy struck me: I'm like an electronic device plugged into its power source when I engage with the Word. And in doing so, I realize it's not my own strength at work, but the divine working through me.

Day by day, I see the Lord directing my steps, orchestrating every detail of my life. Even in moments of doubt, His plan unfolds with clarity. Like the decision regarding my son, Keimani, where what seemed like failure turned into divine alignment.

I am the Vine, you are the branches

It's a testament to the power of surrender and trust. Grateful beyond measure to be connected to the ultimate source. 🙏

”So you must remain in life-union with me, for I remain in life-union with you. For as a branch severed from the vine will not bear fruit, so your life will be fruitless unless you live your life intimately joined to mine. “I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you live in union with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you—but when you live separated from me you are powerless.“

‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭4‬-‭5‬ ‭TPT‬‬
