I couldn't share anything more powerful than what my friend, Kim, shared in our Community page today. Joseph said to Pharaoh, “Pharaoh has actually had one dream. God has announced to Pharaoh what he is about to do. and Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find a man with more God-given gifts than this one?” Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has made all this known to you, no one is as intelligent and wise as you are. You will be in charge of my kingdom, and all my people will obey your command. Only as the enthroned king will I be greater than you.” Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Know this: I’ve given you authority over the entire land of Egypt.”
Such a comeback story 🙌🏼
What I love is the “suddenly” he experienced from a prison cell to the palace in one quick swoop. That’s Gods favor. That’s Gods timing. Have you heard this song: All of a Sudden
When Joseph was called to Pharaoh again we see Joseph humbled, exalting God, not himself. Hi thirteen years in prison has truly humbled him. No longer the young boy boasting about his dream

of leadership. He’s no longer lauding his position over others. God allows this process of humility to happen in each of our lives till we get to the fullness of recognizing where the glory belongs.
Also, side-note: because of the favoritism that Joseph received from his father, he had a lot of pride in Joseph. The separation from his dad and family specifically was necessary so that God could form his character. It couldn’t have been formed into the man and leader Joseph was called to be in that coddling environment.
I love the revelation God gave Kim today. I heard something yesterday from Pastor Furtick that stood out to me today as I read again, "When it is started by God, it ends in Victory." That doesn't mean there won't be hard seasons, but when things are hard, you can be assured it ends in victory.
Look at Joseph's life today. I have never experienced prison per-say, but I have experienced bondage. Im not just talking about addiction (been there/done that) I mean bondage in my mind, living a lie, believing a lie. I've also experienced "a suddenly" when the lie was replaced with the truth. It can happen in a moment. It's incredible. Keep praying for victory friend! In the snap of your fingers, your chains can be removed! Believe it and trust Him while you wait!
