Genesis 11: Building the Kingdom and branding Jesus

“They said, “Now let's build a city with a tower that reaches the sky, so that we can make a name for ourselves and not be scattered all over the earth.””

It’s so interesting how from the very beginning humanity (self) has been more focused on making a name for ourselves and building a brand than building the Kingdom. I come from sales. I was all about branding ME. My new goal is to be known in such a way, it points to Jesus!

This has been something the Lord has been highlighting to me a lot lately! Must be something

I need to address. Does that happen to you too? Does Yahweh give you the same message over multiple platforms when He's truly trying to work something out in you?
